How do I change my flight details?
Name and date changes may be allowed, depending on the fare rules of the purchased ticket. Unfortunately, no changes to the routes will be allowed. You can contact their call centre or visit a city ticketing office for enquiries. Such changes will incur a fee as well as differences in fare, if any.
What if my flight is delayed/ retimed/ rescheduled?

How early do I need to check in for my flight?
Generally, the check-in counters open one and a half hours before scheduled time of departure and close thirty (30) minutes before the domestic scheduled flight departure time and forty-five (45) minutes for international scheduled flight departure time. We advise passengers to arrive at the airport with sufficient time to check in.
Where can I get my visa or travel permit from? Can I get a refund if I cannot check-in or board the aircraft because of immigration/customs matters?
Please check with the respective immigration authorities of the country you are traveling to. We are unable to assist you in obtaining a visa as we have no authority over immigration matters. It is the sole responsibility of all passengers to have the necessary travel documents and approvals to fly into any and all countries in your journey. If you are denied check-in, immigration clearance or boarding for immigration reasons, airlines cannot be held responsible and your ticket(s) will not be refunded.
Do they provide special facility or services?
Most importantly, please notify and book through the call centre at least 5 days before departure. They will help you determine what facilities/services are required, which of these are available at the airports involved and any applicable charges. Please also note that the necessary facilities/services may not be available at all times at all airports. If we are unable to obtain the necessary third-party services/facilities, we will make a refund provided the booking and notification was made through the call centre at 5 days before departure.
If I need to cancel my hotel booking will I pay a cancellation fee?
Cancellation policy varies from room to room. Usually you can cancel or change your booking right up to 24 hours prior to arrival time. You can check what any hotel’s policy is, and whether they will charge a cancellation fee, under ‘Hotel Policies’. This information is also included in your confirmation email. How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email please contact us.
How can I see how much the hotel will cost?
Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on how many people are staying, whether or not breakfast is included, and whether or not the reservation can be cancelled.
Does the hotel need a deposit or a payment in advance?
Most hotels do not require an advance payment or deposit. If they do you will find the details under ‘Hotel Policies’ on the page and in your confirmation email.
How can we get extra beds/cots in the room for children?
Information regarding children and extra beds/cots is located under ‘Hotel Policies’, please take note of the following: Added costs for children, if any, are not included in the reservation price, during the online booking process please place your request for any extra bed/cot in the Special Requests box provided, if you’ve already booked your room, just click on the link provided in your email confirmation and on their email address to request an extra bed. We advise calling the hotel prior to arrival to guarantee your request. You will find the hotel’s contact information in your confirmation email.
